Thai Rice Noodles in Fish Curry Sauce with Fish Balls
|Chao Koh Coconut Milk||1,000 millilitres|
|Hot Yellow Curry Paste||1 tablespoon|
|Sliced Kaffir Lime Leaves||2 leaves|
|Fish Sauce||1 teaspoon|
|Palm Sugar||1/2 teaspoon|
|Sliced Dills||1/2 teaspoon|
|Thai Rice Noodles|
|Side Dish (Long Beans, Sliced Shallots, Pickled Vegetables, Dried Chillies)|
1. Add a cup of coconut milk and hot yellow curry paste. Stir-fry until it’s well-mixed.
2. Add the rest of coconut milk into a pot. Wait until it’s boiled, then add fish balls.
3. When coconut milk is boiled, add palm sugar, fish sauce, sliced kaffir lime leaves. Wait until it’s boiled for 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat. Serve with Thai rice noodles and side dish.
