Salmon in Dried Red Curry
|Salmon Fillet||500 grams|
|Red Curry Paste||3 tablespoons|
|Chao Koh Coconut Milk||400 grams|
|Fish Sauce||1 tablespoon|
|Sliced Kaffir Lime Leaves||2 leaves|
|Sliced Red Goat Pepper||1 piece|
1. Put some cooking oil into a pan and heat up. Then, add coconut milk and stir until it’s cooked, followed by red curry paste.
2. Add salmon fillet, fish sauce and sugar. Wait until the salmon is well cooked, then add sliced kaffir lime leaves.
3. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
4. Decorate a paste with sliced goat pepper and dills.
