Salmon in Dried Red Curry


Salmon Fillet 500 grams
Red Curry Paste  3 tablespoons
Chao Koh Coconut Milk  400 grams
Fish Sauce  1 tablespoon
Sugar  1 tablespoon
Sliced Kaffir Lime Leaves  2 leaves
Sliced Red Goat Pepper   1 piece
Vegetable Oil  


1. Put some cooking oil into a pan and heat up. Then, add coconut milk and stir until it’s cooked, followed by red curry paste.
2. Add salmon fillet, fish sauce and sugar. Wait until the salmon is well cooked, then add sliced kaffir lime leaves.
3. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
4. Decorate a paste with sliced goat pepper and dills.
