Bitter Gourd Curry with Beef


Sliced Beef 400 grams
Bitter Cucumber 1  bitter cucumber
Chao Koh Coconut Milk 1  milliliters
Red Curry Paste 100 grams
Fish Sauce 2 tablespoons
Coconut Sugar 1  teaspoon
Vegetable Oil  


1. Sprinkle salt on top of bitter cucumber and wash with water in order to reduce a bitter taste.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan on a medium heat. Wait until it is warm, then add sliced beef.
3. Add coconut milk and red curry paste and stir-fry until beef is almost cooked. Then, add chopped bitter cucumber without stir.
4. Season with fish sauce and coconut sugar. Once everything is cooked, remove from heat.
