Bitter Gourd Curry with Beef
|Sliced Beef||400 grams|
|Bitter Cucumber||1 bitter cucumber|
|Chao Koh Coconut Milk||1 milliliters|
|Red Curry Paste||100 grams|
|Fish Sauce||2 tablespoons|
|Coconut Sugar||1 teaspoon|
1. Sprinkle salt on top of bitter cucumber and wash with water in order to reduce a bitter taste.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan on a medium heat. Wait until it is warm, then add sliced beef.
3. Add coconut milk and red curry paste and stir-fry until beef is almost cooked. Then, add chopped bitter cucumber without stir.
4. Season with fish sauce and coconut sugar. Once everything is cooked, remove from heat.
