UHT Coconut Milk

Coconut milk For traditional Thai food, coconut milk cannot be denied of its importance to make dishes tasty.

Its only defect is that it cannot be kept that long in normal temperature. Fortunately, APF finds the way to preserve coconut milk and extend its life in the Ultra High Temperature (UHT) production process through 140 c degree in 4 seconds to destroy enzymes and microorganisms. UHT process together with five layers paper packaging can keep coconut milk fresh and germ-free, and keep it up to one year in room temperature.
